Several months ago, I was invited to attend a Norwalk Area Women's Collective Coffee held by the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce. It's a fun monthly event where women community members and business owners can connect with one another over a cup of coffee. The meetings are typically held at The Middlebrook Mercantile in Cumming. During one of my first events, I met Bree. Bree is the owner of Craft Daze--a local pop-up crafting experience. Bree and I immediately hit it off, probably because we were the tallest in the room and share a love for thrifting and all the things colorful and glittery.

I wanted to take the opportunity to talk more about Bree and her business. Craft Daze offers various easy to follow crafts from resin pendants to beaded bracelets. or even clay items. Bree hosted a resin workshop during the month of August, where I made a gorgeous glittery resin necklace.
Bree totes herself as a 'slightly unprofessional craft instructor' but in all honestly, she's just the best. She's not going to fake her enthusiasm or grade you on your finished project. She understands that part of crafting and DIYing is the experience and the vibes, and she has the best aura (are the middle school kids still saying that?) in all of Warren County.

Her pop-up events are primarily geared towards adults, but many can be modified for the younger crowd. A lot of adults book the pop-up sessions for a girls' night out, workplace team building activity, or a DIY activity for a book club while they discuss the latest read.

If you love Bree's wares, but aren't in a position to attend a pop-up event, you can always order her products through her website. I've ordered several pieces from local markets--like The Chamber's outdoor market through Ember Market & Friends in September. Each time I visit Bree, I add five additional pieces to my own wish list.
